Wedding Specific Services

Our prices include:

• taxes and staff service
• rehearsal (day and time depending upon venue availability)
• one hour of set -up before the event and one hour of take-down after event
• on-site Manager for up to 2 hours of planning ($120/hour billed in 15 minute increments beyond the initial two hours of planning) and coordination presence during event

* There’s no “wedding surcharge” (an extra fee tacked on simply because your event is a wedding).

A rehearsal dinner at Aspen Grove may be scheduled as a separate event on the day of your choosing.  Your cost is based upon our normal venue rates plus the food from our event center menu.  You may wish to look at the 2 hour venue rental rates to approximate your cost.  For parties of 24 people and less, you may also choose to schedule your rehearsal dinner at the Sundance Trail Guest Ranch dining hall with the only cost being the food on that menu.

A la Cart:

2 horses with 2 wranglers for 1 hour of nuptials– $140

Optional head cowboy who hitches y’all together with vows and a nice talkin’ to and stuff like that: $200

We live a Dude Ranch Lifestyle from mid-May through mid-September – Country Inn & Bed and breakfast is not available in these summer months. *Training Week! Yee-haw! Help us train the new staff: square dancing, story telling, rock climbing, shooting, singing, poetry, ghost and Jackalope hunting! No white water rafting. Sorry, no children.

Rates are “per person” and include taxes; arrive Sunday afternoon, depart Saturday after lunch: (7 Days and 6 Nights)

“Short Week” Dude Ranch Rates (including tax) – Summer 2016:

Four Day – Three Night Dude Ranch Stays

Some folks find it impossible to get away for a full week.

Four day – three night Dude Ranch Stays are a shortened program of lodging, meals, horseback riding, fishing, hiking, trap, rifle range and participation in the Children’s Program (for those age 5 to 15).

White water rafting and “all day rides” do not fit into the Three Night Stay schedule. (But anything may be possible if it will make your family vacation better!)

A limited number of these stays are available from Sunday afternoon through Wednesday noon, or from Wednesday afternoon through Saturday noon.

*A full country breakfast is part of the package.

Country Inn Stays:

Dinner on Night of Arrival, & All meals through your stay including breakfast on day of departure, & Lodging, & Daily Horse Back Ride (usually after breakfast).

$245 per night per Couple (any two people sharing one suite) or $178 per night single occupancy

Add $90/night for each child and $123/night for each adult sharing the suite

Country Inn Stays can be a single night or a week!

Ranch Bed & Breakfast

Available for folks who are on the mountain for other business, and just need a place to sleep with breakfast. One Night Stay and Full Country Breakfast–$160 per night per couple (any two people sharing one suite), $115 per night single occupancy

Add children @ $65/night each

The Small Print

The “couple” rates are for any two people sharing one suite, any pair of adults – family, friends, buddies – sharing one suite.

These rates do not include staff gratuities (at your discretion), Trading Post purchases, massage, liquor (beer, wine, spirits and soda are available on site), or Fishing Licenses.

Tips and Surprise Fees:

• Some ranches add an automatic “Service Fee” or “Gratuity” to your bill. We do not.
• If our staff has delighted you, you may leave a tip on the bill, that is divided equally among the staff. This is entirely at your discretion.
• “Adventures” shouldn’t mean surprise fees!

• Rose Ceremony (You keep the silk roses)– $30
  • Extra Roses of different colors for Children — $15/each
• Shared Wine Cup Ceremony (You keep the Sharing Cup)  — $40
  • For Elopement ceremonies held at the lodge, you may bring your own wine or purchase  from our retail liquor store. (For ceremonies/receptions held at our Aspen Grove Event Center, liquor must be purchased on site.)
• Unity Candle Ceremony or Family Unity Candle Ceremony (You keep the Candles)  — $40
• Tying Hands ceremony (You keep the ribbons)– $40
• Unity Sand Ceremony (You keep the vase) — $40
  • Add $10 for each additional child

The following a la carte items should be reserved ahead of time to ensure that the appropriate staff is available:

• Extra wranglers for exchange of vows and rings on horseback — $80
• After-ceremony celebration with cake and keepsake champagne flutes to take home — $59  (Champagne available from our liquor store.)
•  Up to three hours of photos including the ceremony,  trail rides and other adventures during your stay on the ranch. We will package them in a professional album — $149
• Swedish Massage session for Two in your Room (2 Hour private class)– $179

Payment

We prefer cash, personal checks or travelers checks, but we do accept M/C & VISA.

Deposits

We require a deposit of 20% for dude ranch reservations, and 50% for family reunions or groups of 10 or more people. If you must cancel your visit, your deposit can be refunded (less 10% handling fee) if your space is rebooked.  Otherwise we’ll apply it towards a later stay.

Taxes

We don’t have county, city, hotel or restaurant taxes – just 3.5% state retail tax.

Legal

On your way up the mountain:   Stop at the County Clerk Office and pick up your license. Requirements for Colorado Marriage Licenses and Colorado Civil Union Licenses are simple; no waiting or blood tests. We will take care of all signatures and filing details with the Larimer County Clerk.
