Includes: Welcome Basket in your room; Battleship Game in your room (to give you something to do in the evening); Elopement Supper and Honeymoon Breakfast served privately in your room; Silk Bouquet and Boutonniere; choice of ceremony location (parlor at the fireplace, front porch, in the trees, or gazebo (if available); Wrangler Guide to lead your ceremony with welcome, exchange of vows, exchange of rings; Wrangle Guide to lead family vows if blending families, if desired; Processing your license to assure that all signatures are obtained and in the right places and submitting license to the Larmier County Clerk’s Office, and; Marriage Workbook.

33% deposit of total agreement due when reservation is made, non-refundable after 60 days or if booking in less than 60 days.
A 10% service fee will be withheld on all permitted refunds.
2nd payment of 33% due 60 days prior to event date. Remaining balance due in full 30 days prior to event.
All payments after initial deposit are non-refundable.
We offer a wide selection of alcoholic beverages on-site and are happy to work with you to offer a package within your budget.
Guests are NOT permitted to bring their own beer, wine or liquor onto the property to be served to others without a liability insurance certificate listing Aspen Grove as co-insured, and the prior approval of management.
Non-alcoholic beverages are limited to Tea and/or Lemonade.
$500 outside caterer fee.
