Wedding Specific Services
Our prices include:
- taxes and staff service
- rehearsal (day and time depending upon venue availability)
- one hour of set -up before the event and one hour of take-down after event
- on-site Manager for up to 2 hours of planning ($120/hour billed in 15 minute increments beyond the initial two hours of planning) and coordination presence during event
* There’s no “wedding surcharge” (an extra fee tacked on simply because your event is a wedding).
A rehearsal dinner at Aspen Grove may be scheduled as a separate event on the day of your choosing. Your cost is based upon our normal venue rates plus the food from our event center menu. You may wish to look at the 2 hour venue rental rates to approximate your cost. For parties of 24 people and less, you may also choose to schedule your rehearsal dinner at the Sundance Trail Guest Ranch dining hall with the only cost being the food on that menu.
A la Cart:
2 horses with 2 wranglers for 1 hour of nuptials– $140
Optional head cowboy who hitches y’all together with vows and a nice talkin’ to and stuff like that: $200
